This is my annual "Broken Heart" workshop where students make a Valentines Themed mosaic, either as a gift or just for fun.

I am happy to work with you and your friends to organize a mosaic playday at my studio or your home. This can be a great way to get together with friends or celebrate a special occasion. Guests can create individual projects for themselves, or as a gift for the celebrant (think wedding, shower, housewarming...), or even a group project where everyone contributes something to the finished product. Mosaic gatherings can be lighthearted and playful, but can also be a way to process a transition or loss. By piecing together small or broken parts into something new and whole, we find resolution, focus and meaning.

If you would like to host a public mosaic workshop in your garage or other appropriate workspace (I would promote it), you attend for free.

I also do private consultations for $40/hour. Whether you are a mosaic artist still learning or branching out into new materials, or a homeowner who wants to install a backplash or other decorative element, I will be happy to provide information and guidance to get you started.
