These mosaics were created in November and December 2006, inspired by
Buddhist symbols.
This Green Tara is 18" x 24"
This piece is about 18" tall x 12" wide. The
frame is 2" thick, creating a small altar shelf. The Dorje design is very simple, in blue and yellow with an orange center and green accents, including vines extending out from the center. The background is mirror. This design is 10" x 10" .
Below is a Green Tara that I designed and painted onto a bedroom wall by commission in 2002. It was difficult to photograph because it was painted with reflective gold paint.
